Did you mean to say, 109 Wood acre Drive (Woodcreek Property Owners Association building)?

This program was designed to create the appearance of "community" acceptance of plans by a few for the following:

1) mandate of purchase of several hundred thousand acres of private property in Hays County at taxpayer expense

2) conveyance of 100% of any value remaining in the property to various "non profit" organizations.

3) the "survey" was just a tool to try to create rationalization for this plan. There was no integrity in the survey or the manner in which the survey was conducted. Participants who did not want the county purchasing this property were instructed that they simply should not vote. The same folks promoting this scheme would show up at multiple hearings in order to help force the result to the pre-determined outcome.

4) if you think the Jacobs Well area land transactions were scandalous, you might be concerned that the some of the same individuals involved in those deals are quite active in pushing this plan as well.

Wow, this time the WVWA people get to stay at headquarters. They've attended to "vote" at all the other places to. No doubt they'll "vote" again - this stakeholder process is about as corrupt as one might imagine. The outcome is pre-determined and the attendees are just monkeys playing the games sponsored by the hosts of the meeting.

The person who keeps trying to make the word "community" sound like a social disease is nothing but a fool.

I sure hope I don't live next to you.

The word "community" is a disease - much like "sustainability". The word is an excuse for rationalizing the taking of property and individual rights.

Is "community" an identifiable entity? No
Can "community" be a party to a lawsuit? No
Does "community" have a bank account? No
Does "community" have a job? No
