A Gillespie County Jury has found Bennie Fuelberg guilty of third degree theft, misapplication of fiduciary property, and money laundering.

The punishment does NOT fit the crime. Fuelberg should be forced to repay everything he stole. The laws still make it worthwhile for these worms to continue stealing at top-level management.
Probation not an option!
