Watch your wallet, someone might be scanning you

This story has been making the rounds a lot lately. Here it is, in case you've missed it. Simple electronic scanning devices carried by people who are passing by can read your credit card and passport information. Who'd have thunk?

Interestingly, Glenn Back's gold fear mongering and his "feel sorry for white people" march in DC are worse scams - mainly because people are willingly going along with them. Those are what I call voluntary victim crimes.

The one in the article is scary but not voluntary.
