I noticed that all the winners listed were presented in a Bold Blue font except " Village of Jacobs Well Incorporation" proposal which was in Bold Red. Can anyone explain this?

Were there any other seats contested in the Hays Trinity District's election? I thought that they ran two at a time.

Place 4 was also up. The seat was uncontested. David Baker, of the Wimberley Valley Watershed Alliance, was the uncontested candidate. Go to this link http://www.haysgroundwater.com/index.php?module=page&p=Election for more details.
