Since the 2010 midterm elections, the Tea Party has not only lost support nationwide, but also in the congressional districts represented by members of the House Tea Party Caucus. And this year, the image of the Republican Party has declined even more sharply in these GOP-controlled districts than across the country at large.
The Republican Party’s image also has declined substantially among people who live in Tea Party districts. Currently, 41% say they have a favorable opinion of the GOP, while 48% say they have an unfavorable view. As recently as March of this year, GOP favorability was 14 points higher (55%) in these districts, with just 39% offering an unfavorable opinion.

Interesting how the Tea Party - who in the final analysis will vote for the corrupt right wing politicians who supports the rich corporatists who created our economic travails - was never attacked or beat up by establishment police.
But the 99%ers - who call out the elitist corrupted politicians owned by Wall Street (from both parties) - are attacked and brutalized by urban police, apparently coordinated by Homeland Security under Obama's tenure.
Gee, I have no idea why the Tea Party has lost credibility.
I think this shows the Sara Palin and Herman Cain Tea Party is unpopular. The Ron Paul Tea Party seems to be doing just fine.
The Ron Paul Tea Party are real conservatives.
Most other Tea Partiers are just pissed off voters who will vote for any fool who tries to make our big economic problems out to be Obama's creation.
Not very bright people, in other words.

The Tea Party isn't about taxes. Look at what they vote for. Their more about being anti abortion than any thing else. Kick
How many disagree with Obama? Most people are just fed up with politicians and politics in general.
