Breaking update on the Texas Keystone face-off
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM/AP) Court Blocks Keystone Oil Pipeline From Crossing Texas Farm (Thurs. Feb. 15, 2012) – Texas Farm owners of a northeast Texas farm have obtained a court order to block TransCanada from crossing the farm with a proposed pipeline planned to carry Canadian oil to refineries along the Texas Gulf coast.

Another example of using the Activist Judges in the Courts to accomplish what you couldn't do straight on. This is the realm of the limp wristed weak and subversive. It' kind of like, "I'll tell teacher" we used to hear in grade school. The pipeline will be built unless the public buys their crap. Hey lefty's, try running you car on green tea, tofu or granola.

This is not about activist judges like the redistricting fiasco, this is about eminent domain abuse. Property rights! To frame the debate any other way is a sham.
The eminent domain reform we have had lately is a hoax. Instead of narrowing eminent domain we have thrown it open to foreign companies.

This is also about how much pollution we can spew into the air and water and still stay alive and kicking.
Do I gather from that first poster that only sissies like clean air and water?
That a "real man" burns all the oil he can find?
That only the "limp wristed, weak and subversive" would dare counter the idea that we have to burn every last drop of oil?
God help us all if these kinds of people don't wise up before it is too late to reverse the damage.
The vast amount of Judges in Texas are Republican Judges, either being appointed by our Republican Governor or elected by the Republican electorate . Just because they try and follow the Laws of the USA they are now Activist's. Just because you don't get the result you want, you cry foul and blame every thing on the liberals. Well you elected them, so now you get to live with them. Kick
