"As governors in nine states, mostly in the South (including Texas), consider rejecting millions of dollars in federal stimulus money for increased unemployment insurance, there is growing anger among the ranks of the jobless in those states that they could be left out of a significant government benefit."

Not accepting the unconstitutional bail out money, is one of the few things which I applaud Perry for doing. While it doesn't make up for his having entered a false statement into a governmental record with the intent that others act upon that false statement (Executive Order No. RP-65) or absolve him for attending the Bilderberg conference in May of 2007 (which prompted many people to note that his attendance appeared to be a flagrant, and arrogant violation of the Locan Act) for once, it appears Perry has at least displayed a slight nod towards the oath of office he swore (less than thirty days) before heading off to the Bilderberg conference. And when governmental employees do something to recognize their oath to the Constitution and laws of the United States and those of this state (even if by accident) the act needs to be recognized, and encouraged. The bailout is the final step into guaranteeing tyranny and strengthening the growing threat of fascism. Those dangers are much more likely to be a threat to our freedom than a group of nutball characters hiding out in caves six thousand miles from our shores.
